Here is a selection of images made while shooting and seeing boxing for the first time @Energybox gym in Saint-Romuald, Québec on January 25th 2013. My friend David was boxing and it was intense to photograph. This sport requires a high level of alertness. It is no different when you are trying to catch the action. I can’t wait to get the chance to shoot some again as it is one of the biggest challenges in sports photography I have encountered lately.

Voici une sélection d’images réalisées au Gala de Boxe chez Energybox à Saint-Romuald, Québec le 25 janvier 2013. Mon ami David Roussel y participait et ce fut une expérience de prise de vue très intense. Ce sport que je n’avais jamais eu la chance de voir requiert une vitesse de réaction impressionnante, tout comme lorsque l’on tente d’en photographier les moments forts. J’ai déjà hâte au prochain match où j’aurai la chance de photographier car ce sport est celui qui m’a posé le plus grand défi à photographier à date.
